With over 50 years of hands-on experience refining and building new approaches to solve problems, that experience can be used to formulate and perform test and process methods that quickly allow the client to move on to more detailed assessment programs.

**I am an independent consultant but sell the most technically and cost-effective nanobubble generation equipment from a company called ChucaoTech. Still, I always strive to be upfront and honest about the benefits and drawbacks of nanobubble science.

Analysis of the integration of nanobubble-enriched oxygen into irrigation systems to determine its specific biological influences. By testing various soil profiles, I measured oxygen dissipation linked to organic matter and the overall effects on microbial metabolic activity.

Analysis of diverse liquid extracts from a proprietary natural product to assess enhancements in nutrient levels, pH, EC, and salinity, alongside microbial diversity and biomass. Utilizing Biome Maker’s DNA sequencing, I provided comprehensive data on the biological makeup.

A cutting-edge subsurface sensor designed for soil air oxygen measurement required validation for agricultural markets. Preliminary soil tube testing confirmed its efficacy and revealed critical trends in irrigation management. As water moves vertically, it creates localized oxygen-depleted zones. Even brief periods of saturated soil can lead to anaerobic conditions detrimental to crop health.

The concept that nanobubbles generate hydroxyl radicals during interface collapse was scrutinized. By employing basic reduction reagents and monitoring chromogenic shifts, I observed marginal evidence of discoloration, albeit at minimal intensities.
Summary: While minor OH radical formation occurs, the quantity remains insufficient to achieve meaningful gains in advanced oxidation systems.

Task01

Initial Assessment - Rapid Technical Review

All Rapid Technical Reviews begin with a comprehensive review of your technical requirements and scientific objectives. I ask you to complete a short intake form with existing data, diagrams and photos if available. 

 

We will then have a one to two hour call/online meeting to confirm a plan to collect/analyze information you need to make a calculated assessment.

Within 7-14 days I will deliver a 2-5 page summary memo.

 

Cost - $450.00, not including any physical, chemical. or biologiocal analysis, a cost estimate will be provided prior to the start and after the plan is approved.

Task02

Pilot/Bench-Test Blueprint

If you have already completed a Rapid Technical Review, I will pick up from there and develop a more robust and intensive bench-scale model tailored to your specific process or product needs, as always, I will develop a plan and get your approval.

Pilot or bench-testing typically includes a more thorough suite of analysis, physical, chemical or biological.

Cost - $2,500.00, not including any physical, chemical. or biologiocal analysis, a cost estimate will be provided prior to the start and after the plan is approved.

Task03 

Independant Technology Feasability Assessment

If Tasks 1 and/or 2 have been completed and the information/data generated and reviewed motivates you to increase the information accuracy and/or replicated confirmation, you may want to pursue Task 3. I can plan a more detailed test process that also includes offsite certified lab analysis for soil or water parameters that can help build confidence in the product or process. I have partnered with certified laboratories, each with specialties that may be required. The use of data collection and rigorous performance evaluation under controlled laboratory conditions will provide confidence in the end results.
